Rare and beautiful Italian 1930s travel poster promoting the Croatian archipelago of the Brijuni Islands (Italian, “Brioni”). The poster shows polo, golf and the beautiful nature and water of the Croatian islands. This poster was published by the Italian government’s tourism board “ENIT” in 1937, printed by “Coen & Co. – Milan”.
The Italian luxury fashion house of the same name was founded in 1945 in Rome, Italy.
The poster has some discoloration on the sides, a whole lot of patina and almost invisible folds.
