  Delivery

  We ship globally within 1-3 days. We send posters with PostNord or UPS and we send frames with GLS. This means that we can send frames very cheaply and have our valuable lithographs insured. During sale periods and public holidays, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

  Return policy

  PlakatKunst.dk accepts exchange and return of undamaged products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. It can take 1-3 business days from the item is returned to us before refunds are received. Refunds are always made to the form of payment with which you purchased the item.

  Have you received a defective item?

  If you have received a poster that is not in the condition you were promised, you can always use our right of return.

  If you have received a defective picture frame, which can happen during shipping, just contact us at support@plakatkunst.dk with documentary pictures. Then we will send you a replacement for the defective part as soon as possible. Of course, this does not cost you anything, and you can just throw out the defective part. For example, if only the glass is damaged, we will only send you new glass. We do this to minimize the waste of both materials and unnecessary freight. You must not send defective goods back to us.
